Gary L. Sapperstein
Gary Lee Sapperstein established Sapperstein & Associates, LLC, after earning his MAI designation in 1982 and his SRPA designation in 1981. He is also a Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, an international designation. With over 40 years in the real estate field, Mr. Sapperstein is a reputable member of the business community in the Washington, DC and Baltimore markets.
Mr. Sapperstein is a native Washingtonian and a graduate of the School of Business at the University of Maryland, College Park. He has served as a Director of the Appraisal Institute’s Washington Metro chapter.
In addition to being a Licensed Certified General Real Estate Appraiser, Mr. Sapperstein holds Brokers licenses in both Maryland and Washington, DC. He has also qualified as an expert witness in many court jurisdictions.
